Make-up days for cancelled classes may or may not be scheduled based on individual class schedules and circumstances. Are make up classes available? We strive to keep class sizes small and maintain an ideal teacher/student ratio. For these reasons, we are unable to offer make up classes. Late Pick Up Policy Each child should be picked up promptly at the appropriate time. Late pick up will result in the following charges: 1-5 minutes late: free 5-10 minutes: $10 10 minutes and more: $1 for each additional minute Please note that three late pick ups will result in the student’s revocation of the right to attend the IBA After school program. Suspension or Dismissal from After School Program Held at ES, MS, HS: The After-School Program is a privilege offered in partnership with local schools. Each child is expected to behave properly and in accordance with code of conduct established by the schools. Inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or dismissal of your child from the program. Please note that no refunds can be given for suspension or dismissal from the program due to inappropriate behavior.
